Navigating Autonomy empowers and advocates for individuals, families, and providers to effectively navigate disability support systems. 

• Regional Center Navigation: Support with understanding and utilizing Regional Center services.
• IHSS (In-Home Supportive Services): Assistance with accessing in-home care services.
• SSI/SSDI Benefits: Guidance on Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Insurance.
• IEPs (Individualized Education Programs): Support for navigating the special education system.
• Housing Assistance: Help with finding affordable and accessible housing options.
• DOR (Department of Rehabilitation): Assistance with accessing vocational training, job placement, and other employment supports. 
• Community &  Agency Awareness and Consulting: Outreach, and consultation for community organizations, agencies, schools, and provider networks to improve accessibility, equity, and inclusion in disability services.

Navigating Autonomy offers person-centered, waiver-compliant behavior consultation and support led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our services are designed for individuals eligible through California’s Regional Center system, including both Self-Determination and traditional services.We specialize in adaptive skills training that supports meaningful independence across home and community settings. 

Our model is parent- and staff-led, with expert guidance from a BCBA to build real-world skills.Our services include:

• Behavioral assessments tailored to individuals  needs
• Start-up training and ongoing coaching for parents, family members, and support staff
• Progress monitoring and documentation
• Annual, biannual and quarterly report writing

All services are provided via secure telehealth, making support accessible across California. We work with SDP — Co-Employer, and Sole Employer — and our services are fully fundable through your Spending Plan or traditional authorization.
